World Goth Fair - Skull Hunt

It might be in the middle of the day, but in Cursed Castle, it's as if it's already night. The weather have brightened a little even since Kaiser Kruel fell from his throne, but the creatures of the Dark are still not accustomed with the light. Having to stay in Cursed for a year, Elizabeth fit in effortlessly with her passion for the Dark. However she roams silently with the castle with another thing in mind.

Creeping to her sister's room, Elizabeth just can't contain her excitement to finally meet with a person she adore the most. She saw him at first glance when she was touring with her sister but Scarlet has strictly forbade Liz to enter her room. But nothing will stand between her and Baron la Croix.

Finally surviving the dizzying maze of the castle, Elizabeth reached her sister's room. Wasting no time, she pushed the heavy room and there he is. Baron la Croix's skull resting on the side table of the elegant bedroom. She had to use the moment to greatly admire the scene before taking the skull itself with her.

Happy Belated Goth Day, dark dollz! World Goth Fair event is still going on, I do hope you been visiting the sim. The decor is just gothly awesome! A Gothmas Visit

Every year, at the annual festive event of Gothmas, the clock tower would open a portal at certain time. No one knew this except... the people from the future. Lux Snowflake is the descendant of the person who founded Gothmas by Gaslight, it was fitting that she wanted to know how Gothmas event during her great father's time. The clock chimes, and the portal open, allowing her to leap through years back in time. 

It was simply beautiful and serene, she thought. People gathered together to create a gorgeous and elegant event. She took her time strolling, recognizing some of the brands and quickly made her way back to the clock tower. The portal only opens for an hour, but she didn't forget to grab a souvenir to bring back.

World Goth Fair - Dark Beginning

The world begins spun into the darkness. The hidden creatures of the night silently counting, gleefully. As that day approaches. It was a full year that they have to hide from the light, from the others who sneers at them. 

Dahlia Noir did not remember her human self. She came into being in this undead body. She had been laced with a deadly illness that made her parents desperate to safe her. Turning to a dubious scientist, they pleaded him to revive her. But when he had successfully brought life to her, her memories were gone. They left when her soul was taken by the Reaperr. Her so-called “parents” cast her away. They feared her, feared what we was, even though she was reborn as innocent as a baby.

Since then Dahlia was kept within the care of the darkness, away from the light that will hurt her.

World Goth Fair is coming!!!!!! So close!!! [flails around while fangirling] Oh excuse me, I've been waiting for so long since last year and I'm just soooooo happy and thrilled to be a part of this awesome dark event this year. FutureWave - The Silence

She was a machine made by the hands of humans. Her job was to play the elusive white violin. It was made with a special metal that creates the most beautiful music from it. However, the sheer weight of the special violin is unbearable for any human. Even men tried to play it, and then suffering from body ache later.

She was built that sole purpose. To play the White Violin for the people of FutureWave. But she could only play songs installed in her program. She could not 'create' music from violin even though she was the only one that could play it. That was the only failure as a humanoid created by human hands.

FutureWave Flickr Pool 

Hi all! FutureWave will be opened at noon SLT and I'm sure you cyber dollz are excited as I am, perhaps maybe more than me with all the sneaky awesome previews of the pretty sci-fi stuff!! Since FutureWave is in her first debut as a sci-fi event as well as being the single such event that I know in SL. FutureWave will be opening it's portal today until the 23rd of Feb, so you have lots of time to come by and shopping or clubbing at the Club Gothika~ I heard that the DJs prepared special playlists for this event so don't miss it!

Ok so, I'm wearing a full sci-fi armour outfit by Graves that comes with full body latex suit with hood or not, which ever you fancy, and also available in several latex layer colour. I paired it with GalaFashionDesign from Final Fantasy Festival, the skin is sold in 4 different tones and also appliers!! The cyber hair is from ISD, will be available in 8 colours including this sky blue version. The visor I'm wearing is from Paper Moon and it animates! It's a very cool and cute design and just perfect for my little cyborg dead heart. Now then, hope you enjoy my 2nd post of FW, more will come I'm sure of it. Until the next post, my sci-fi dollz <33

My first post for Futurewave! Heads up though, there will be a series of them, part of my planning. I've been waiting for this event since the announcement and I'm just trying to control my excitement when it will be open on the 15th!! Wheeeee!! As you can see, my pics are all the Futurewave sim and there are some sneak peeks available at their flickr pool. I'm wearing a dress made by Sian Pearl, and I just love the quirkiness of the dress. Zip and materialz made the dress very realistic and I could imagine how it will be awesome if this is created in real life as well.

Twirling Clockwork

The day was especially bright. The air seems to be thin and light. The gears were ticking as beautifully as they were. The sun was too striking for most citizen's liking that they start going out with fashionable umbrellas. A young lady in particular was strolling around Cursed, taking her time, unlike the people around that wanted to be under their roof rather than under the sun.

With her antique parasol, she had her fill of the sunshine peeking through the trees and building, soaking her skin. It was safe to say she was a child who loved sunshine more than the cold air that usually engulf Cursed. She thought of nothing as she continue to stroll around, from gears to gears, to the Clockwork Fountain and climbed up to the Bridge as well. Oh how she missed those activities she did during Cursed was still on earth. 

As she came back down, she finally noticed the odd feeling in the atmosphere. She finally noticed that behind the ticking of the gears, the sound of animals has quite down, or rather it seems that there is no animals exist on Cursed. She finally remembered that there  was morning news about the war below. Even with Cursed afloat, they still took heed of what happens under them.

 The day was nothing to be enjoyed with. She noticed that people is running along to the blimp where the main engine mechanism is as well as to the Fountain that runs those gears. Faint cracks can be heard within the steady ticking of gears. The young lady dropped her parasol. 

It was happening....

Oh no! Please don't take it seriously! It not the end of Cursed yet! It's just that A Clockwork Spiral will be ending very soon, at noon of Monday to complete their full 5 days of opening. Get there quick if you haven't been there yet!

The Clockwork Secret

As the town of Cursed afloat, there was a time where the atmosphere at higher sky became heavy and polluted by the smokes of wars below. As much as they stayed inside, they still need to go outside for a number of things, oiling the gears that kept the town afloat, checking for mechanical errors that perhaps happened overnight... the essential daily routine that must not be broken.

The community of Cursed very much feels that fashion was an important asset in social. It was during the breakthrough of Renaissance and people detest at the idea of wearing a clunky mask that doesn't suit the latest trend. It was until they notice a lady walking around in between the thick haze with an unusual mask donning her face. They watched her as she walks to secluded corner of the town where people don't roam to there anymore.

The gears ticks on and the lady never show up afterwards. The men was chased down to streets in demand by their wives to search the lady and ask about her mask. They went to the corner and found an almost forgotten shop of mask-makers. It was an old family of mask-making and they watched as a petite girl finished some final touch ups at her latest mask collections. It was very much similar to the mask that the mysterious lady worn. 

The masks was sold out in a day. The girl was delighted to see her new collection was a hit and she could continue in her family's mask-crafting skills. As she continue to work with the orders, one of the town-folks asked whether she knew who was the mysterious lady that walked into her store before. Confused, the mask-maker replied, "Oh? No one have came here since the day Cursed was lifted. Those men were my first customers since, I never had anyone before." 

Who was that mysterious lady who lead the people to their solution? Perhaps the Clockwork Angel? Who knows?

As I am very much excited with A Clockwork Spiral, I'm aware that the time for the gears to continue ticking is until the 22nd. Which not until the floating Cursed to touch down on the solid ground! As my dusty brain finally work its gears into coming up with lots of Steampunk styling, I'm having so much fun exploring this side of fashion! Wheee!!! Heads up though, at 9 pm SLT, DL Lokii of MV with be rocking out at the Club Gothika that located at the center of Cursed. I hope to see you guys there too! And more of Cursed posts coming~~

Goth Fair : The Final Departure

"A quite playground, filled with only silence. A lonely, old-looking headstone, obviously looked like haven't been visited for a time. From a distance, a dark figure slowly walked towards the secluded headstone. Gently grasping an item in her hands, her shadow looms over the stone."

"-Hello, Sophie- she said as she gently smiles and dusted off dirt from the surrounding. She re-lit the candles and placed a single rose in front of the stone. Slowly, she sat down and began chatting as if to a real person. Like to an old, long lost friend."

"As she dabs her tears away, she hears footsteps and looked behind. It was another friend of Sophie. He nods at the dark visitor and also took a seat in front of the stone. Together they sat and silently rewinds the memories of Sophie."

I finally found the headstone even though it was kinda late to know about it. By now, the World Goth Fair has come an end and I'm already looking forward for next year's event. It amazing how an event connects people from different places in the world. It was really hard to say goodbye to the beautiful sims even knowing that it return again.
I spend quite a lot of time at the headstone. Just chatting away with my new friend, Ved. You can see how he covers about Goth Fair in his blog here. Just amazing on how he did his pictures. With this last post of the awesome World Goth Fair, it is also an entry for the Avatar Blogger Month. Even though I'm sure I could never reach 30 post in a month. (￣▽+￣*)

Goth Fair : In the Cursed Circle

Hello everyone!
I decided to make blog posts about the beautiful beautiful sim, Cursed , I feel like I should insert a nice creepy song with it. Haha! ♪(´ε｀ )

You're probably wondering why I named the blog post Cursed Circle, namely because that the place has a lot of circular shape things. Like the shops are arranged into semi-circular way and a stage where a few gatcha is situated in the middle of the sim is circular, not to forget the Ferris wheel!! I had so much fun on the wheel!

She looked like wanting to get to summer theme without getting sunburns with a Goth-styled parasol. I love her bats!

I was taking pics of myself suddenly, BATS! It was a long time of patiently waiting for the bats. I missed this one moments where the bats was nicely flying behind me. \(￣□￣)\
